Frequently Asked Questions

Typically, most orders take between 1-3 business days to process*, followed by 2-5 days to ship, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Due to the personalized nature of our products, some items may take longer to process. You can view current processing estimates below and in select product listings. Please note that if you order multiple items with different processing times, they will be held to ship together. If you’re in a pinch, please email us at info@boxofzeal.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your deadline. If you have a specific need-by date, please list it in the “notes” section at checkout. Please note that need-by dates are not guaranteed.

We only accept returns for broken or defective items purchased through the Marketplace within 15 days of delivery. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition received. All returns will be subject to a $5 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the standards mentioned above.

Please note that all custom-built Zeal boxes and curated items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns. Returns can take 7-10 business days to process once the item has been received.

To begin the return process, simply email us at info@boxofzeal.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@boxofzeal.com within 48 hours from the time of delivery. This will give us the opportunity to investigate the issue. If the items are found to be defective and returnable, please send them to the following address:

When your order finishes processing and begins its journey to the recipient of your choice, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number to track your package.

We are happy to work with you to ensure that your gift is delivered within a specific timeframe. Please list your desired delivery date in the "notes to Box of Zeal" section of your cart, or email us at info@boxofzeal.com, and we'll work with you to make it happen. If you don't need your gift to arrive on a specific date, but rather by a specific date, we can handle that as well.
